Working as part of the SIPP/SSAS team you will be responsible for:
- Processing purchase, leasing and sale of commercial properties.
- Liaison with Surveyors, Lenders, Solicitors and HMRC.
- Processing documentation, titles, invoicing and insurance.
- Communications with clients and intermediaries.
- Work with Project Managers regarding refurbishment and repairs.
You will be working in the Property Team of a SIPP/SSAS firm or be dealing with general SIPP administration with an element of property. Candidates from the Property Management industry would receive excellent training to develop into this role.
