Johnston Carmichael is seeking a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join the Transaction Taxes team in Newcastle. The role involves advising on tax implications of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, MBOs and reorganisations, while leading and coaching junior colleagues.
