  • Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and client focused Business Support Administration Assistant to join our Forfar office.

Working closely with our Senior Administrator, you will support the delivery of a consistently professional welcome for clients and visitors, while ensuring the office operates efficiently on a day-to-day basis.

This is a fully office-based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service & Office Support
  • Meet & greet clients and all related front of house duties
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly, accurately and with professionalism.
  • Help maintain well-presented reception and meeting spaces that reflect our JC values and high standards.
  • Operational Administration
  • Handle sensitive client information with discretion and in compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Manage records accurately, including scanning, tracking and returning documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail to ensure timely distribution.
  • Provide responsive administrative support to Business Lines and Executive teams.
  • Support the Senior Administrator in ensuring the office is well maintained, safe and fully operational.
