We are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist/Senior Payroll Specialist to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and take overall responsibility in ensuring all payroll matters are handled with great care and in full compliance with all aspects of legislation whilst maintaining a positive relationship with each payroll stakeholder.
The successful candidate must have:
- Extensive experience of end-to-end payroll processing, including complex payroll processes and legislation
- Excellent working knowledge of the current payroll and taxation legislation
- Extensive experience of auto enrolment administration including re-enrolment
- Advanced excel skills and a solid experience in data analysis
- Experience of supporting and developing other members of the team
- Experience in managing and exceeding client expectations and resolving any issues raised
- Previous experience of working with STAR/PayCircle/Sage payroll software would be advantageous although not essential
- Applicants will ideally have bureau experience, ideally with a Chartered Accounts firm although not essential

- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy
