We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Driver to deliver and collect company stock between customer sites and the plant. This role is key to ensuring compliance with transport legislation while delivering a reliable, high-quality service to our customers.
As a Service Delivery Driver, you will manage daily delivery routes, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service at every interaction.
Qualifications: A Class 2 driving licence and a valid CPC are required to apply for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading vehicles and placing stock into designated areas at customer sites
- Ensuring vehicles are stocked with sufficient sundry items, such as repair labels and bags
- Collecting and delivering items in line with route documentation, including loading and emptying on-premises lockers and exchanging dust control mats
- Accurately completing all required paperwork and delivery documentation
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and acting as a key liaison between customers and the business
- Supporting the Transport Manager by covering routes for absent drivers when required
- Undertaking ad-hoc duties to support the wider transport and service delivery team
