We are currently seeking a Production Operative (GLO) to join our production team. This role is responsible for preparing, processing, finishing, repairing, or dispatching garments to the required quality standards, using appropriate equipment and machinery. You will work in line with company guidelines on productivity and efficiency, ensuring that customer commitments and service standards are consistently met.
The role As a Production Operative, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the production process within a fast‑paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lifting and moving laundry items on a consistent basis
- Working at a fast and steady pace to meet productivity targets
- Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
