Production Team Leader to lead and support a production team responsible for preparing, processing, finishing, repairing, and dispatching garments to the required quality standards.

The role operates in line with company guidelines on productivity and efficiency, ensuring customer commitments and service guarantees are consistently met.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include

  • Carrying out duties in line with BS EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 local working instructions and the Company Operations Manual.
  • Keeping managers, supervisors, and colleagues informed of relevant operational matters.
  • Maintaining accurate records where required.
  • Ensuring all tasks are carried out in compliance with company Health & Safety and COSHH requirements.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Promoting positive working relationships and teamwork across the production area.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of company and customer information at all times.
  • Undertaking ad‑hoc duties as required to support operational needs.
