The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 ÂŁ per year.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Co‑ordinator to support the installation and servicing of company‑owned equipment at customer sites and to act as a key link between customers and the business. This role combines hands‑on, customer‑facing activity with coordination and communication, ensuring service standards are met and customer relationships are maintained in line with our customer commitment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Measuring and installing new customer accounts, renewals, and additions, including garment pre‑fitting.
  • Servicing towel cabinets and other rental equipment in line with company standards.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles and placing items in designated areas at customer sites.
  • Carrying out stock checks as requested.
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand the business and reporting these to management.
  • Liaising closely with the Customer Service department and supporting the wider team where required.
  • Undertaking ad‑hoc duties as required to support operational and customer service needs.
