We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Driver to deliver and collect company stock between customer sites and the plant. This role is key to ensuring compliance with transport legislation while delivering a reliable, high‑quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily delivery routes, maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service at every interaction.
- Load and unload vehicles and place stock into designated areas at customer sites.
- Ensure vehicles are stocked with sufficient sundry items, such as repair labels and bags.
- Collect and deliver items in line with route documentation, including loading and emptying on‑premises lockers and exchanging dust‑control mats.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork and delivery documentation.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, acting as a key liaison between customers and the business.
- Support the Transport Manager by covering routes for absent drivers when required.
- Undertake ad‑hoc duties to support the wider transport and service delivery team.
Qualifications
A 7.5T driving licence and valid CPC is required to apply for this role.
