We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage and develop customer relationships within a defined territory. This role involves regular customer visits to ensure satisfaction across all aspects of service, while supporting customer retention and identifying opportunities for growth in line with our customer commitment. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring service standards are met, and contributing to retention and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving customer retention and sales targets within your assigned area
  • Completing customer visits in line with agreed schedules
  • Working closely with Customer Service Administrators to ensure effective account support
  • Managing and escalating customer queries as required, keeping managers, supervisors, and colleagues informed
  • Maintaining accurate records and customer information
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Undertaking ad-hoc duties as required to support business and customer service needs
