Duties will include but are not limited to:
- A methodical approach to cleaning that is organised, efficient and thorough.
- The ability to work well independently, and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills along with a positive and approachable manner.
- Physical abilities, including being able to work on your feet for long periods of time, as the job may involve lifting, reaching and bending.
- The ability to deliver quality work and to work unsupervised.
- A knowledge of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations relating to the role.
- To attend and fully participate in training courses.
- Fulfil all reasonable management requests and liaise and support with colleagues to create flexible working relationships working towards the same objectives.
- It is desirable to have a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICs) Licence to Practice, or BICs skills training.
Requirements: You must be able to act on your own initiative, be enthusiastic and committed to the role.
