The predicted salary is between 26520 - 26520 £ per year.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to oversee operations in various branches and to provide a relief service to any branch within your area in the event of a colleague's absence.

To ensure the correct policies and procedures are complied with in line with the company strategy to ensure an excellent service is provided to the customers and promote a positive working environment for the colleagues, with correct training and assessment.

As a mobile manager, you will be required to operate flexibly across a broad range of activities in support of the Company’s continuing need to adapt to change and to provide a first‑class service to its customers.

You will work closely with Area Managers and Area Development Managers to ensure the effective running of the area.

As part of your job role, you will be expected to complete an act of kindness for customers or colleagues every day.

Pay: Starting at £26,520 per annum, increasing to £27,560 per annum following a successful trial period. You also have the opportunity to earn an uncapped weekly bonus.

Hours: 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends, with some overtime available when trained.
