Summary of Role: To deliver and return customer laundry from the Grantham plant. To comply with transport industry legal structure and provide excellent customer service.
Key Tasks:
- 100% delivery and collection to customers.
- Load and unload vehicles daily.
- Management of vehicle in line with Company and statutory requirements.
- Storage, security and management of vehicle stock holding.
- Liaise with customer services, reporting queries and anomalies that may arise on routes using the agreed Company procedures.
- Liaise with Distribution Team Leader & Service Office Manager, keeping them aware of any shortages, so that a back up delivery can be organized.
- Maintain a standard of customer service and appearance.
- Comply with all Health and Safety legislation.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
