Due to continued growth, we are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Account Director, you will take strategic ownership of a geographic region spanning the Midlands (Ideal location - Midlands Birmingham (South) Northampton, Bedford M1 / M4 corridor), driving new business and fostering long-term partnerships within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new contracts with national and independent hotel clients.
- Relationship Management: Act as a brand ambassador, operating at all levels to build trust and deliver tailored linen solutions.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Commercial Awareness: Maintain a high level of financial and market awareness to ensure competitive and profitable service delivery.
- Industry Expertise: A proven track record in B2B sales within the hotel marketplace, ideally with experience in linen rental or textile services.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar Sales Management or Senior Account Management role.
- Autonomy: A self-starter mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a stand-alone, remote-based position.
- Skillset: Exceptional communication, presentation, and organisational skills, underpinned by resilience and strategic thinking.
- Location: Ideally based within the Birmingham or Midlands area for effective regional coverage.
