We have exciting opportunities for Class 2 LGV/HGV drivers to join our well-respected team at Johnsons Hotel Linen. You will assist with the distribution of our linen from our Bourne distribution facility. The shifts are 4 on 2 off with variable start times.

The Role:

  • Delivery and collection of clean and soiled linen
  • Assisting with loading/unloading vehicle
  • Regular communication with the Transport Manager
  • Unloading of the company vehicle on your return to the depot at the end of your day's delivery round
  • Collection of soiled linen lists and handing them into the service office, as required
  • Recording of any delivery times/windows and securing signatures on delivery notes
  • Day-to-day liaison with customers and the office

Essential Criteria:

  • The successful candidate will require a digital tacho card, a Class 2 driving licence and be fully CPC qualified.
  • The position covers a variety of shift patterns so you must be prepared to be flexible in your approach to working hours including weekends.
  • Start times will vary and will include weekend working.
