To ensure customer requirements are completed on time. To ensure departmental resources are maximized wherever possible (machinery/labour/materials). Take employee targets on an hourly basis ensuring company KPI targets are achieved on a daily basis and any problems are reported immediately at the time of occurrence to your Shift Manager. Motivate staff by giving regular feedback, keeping staff informed.
