Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Site Administrator to support the daily administrative operations at our Bonnyrigg site. This role is key to ensuring smooth communication between departments, accurate record keeping, and efficient site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly payroll returns and maintain accurate HR records and trackers.
- Manage absence data, update HR systems, and monitor Right to Work compliance.
- Assist with onboarding, including induction packs, contracts, and personnel file management.
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as job adverts, interviews, and job fairs.
- Maintain training records, probation reviews, holiday records, and weekly KPI reporting.
- Provide administrative support for site management, including meeting minutes and noticeboard updates.
- Assist with Health & Safety documentation and audits.
- Participate in engagement initiatives and support HR projects.
- Carry out general administrative duties and foster positive working relationships across the site.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or site support role (preferred).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling records and data.
