We are seeking a Back Shift Production Supervisor (3pm-11pm) to join our Bonnyrigg facility near Edinburgh. Role Overview: Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will oversee evening shift operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and team engagement. Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely completion of customer orders while maximising resources (labour, machinery, materials). Monitor employee performance to meet daily KPIs, reporting issues promptly. Motivate and support team members, promoting a positive work environment.
