We’re looking for an experienced Retail Manager / Business Manager to join our Skoda dealership in Wolverhampton.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Advising customers on finance and insurance products, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Building rapport quickly with customers and recommending appropriate products.
  • Monitoring F&I performance against budget and addressing any shortfalls.
  • Assisting management with planning, forecasting, and revising dealership strategies.
  • Coaching and developing the team to meet business objectives.
  • Monitoring performance, measuring outcomes, and providing regular feedback to the General Manager.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Retail Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiating, and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Honest, professional, and solutions-focused with strong integrity.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
