Responsibilities

  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment
  • Completing repairs, replacing parts, and ensuring vehicles are road ready
  • Accurately recording all work completed in line with company and manufacturer guidelines
  • Working safely and professionally in line with health & safety standards

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in a main dealership environment or Independent garage
  • MOT Tester qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced workshop
  • Full UK driving licence
