We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our Fleet Services Dealership in Tamworth.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are on site and prepared to manufacturer and customer standards. You will be directly overseeing a team of drivers, technicians and valeters, ensuring quality standards are met and making sure staff levels match vehicle delivery volumes. You will be working closely with the Delivery & Preparation Manager, Parts Supervisor, Quality Control and the site's General Manager to ensure vehicles are prepared perfectly and in time.

  • Be confident with various computer software and confident in learning new systems.
  • Have an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Have a good knowledge of vehicle workshops and preparation centres and also have experience leading and managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
