We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Administrator to join our Fleet dealership in Tamworth.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping track of vehicles due to arrive on site and updating systems so the team knows vehicles are arriving.
  • Keeping track of vehicles to leave site for conversion and additional work.
  • Preparing vehicle relevant paperwork and approvals to leave site for delivery to customers as well as final vehicle preparation and valeting.
  • Keeping track of vehicles due for preparation and delivery ensuring keys and accessories that need to go into the vehicle are ready for a team of drivers to move the vehicles to site.

Qualifications

  • You will need to be confident with various computer software and confident in learning new systems.
  • Have an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • While not essential, experience with preparation of commercial vehicles and models and conversion available would be a great advantage.
