We are seeking a Driver Manager at our Fleet Services dealership in Tamworth.
Role and Responsibilities
- Moving drivers to our various compounds to bring new vehicles to our PDI Centre and local dealerships for preparation before delivering to customers.
- Motivating a team of drivers to move vehicles safely while meeting deadlines.
- Managing trips to ensure efficient use of time.
- Inspecting vehicles for imperfections and reporting findings to the Centre Manager.
- Helping to organise the compounds and ensure they are used to their full potential.
Ideal Candidate
- Be confident driving and manoeuvring various makes and models of new cars.
- Hold a full driving licence.
- Have experience overseeing a small team and adhering to deadlines.
