We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our FCA dealership in Swindon.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Allocating work to Technicians, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are consistently met
  • Liaising with Service Advisors to manage workflow and keep customers updated on any delays
  • Monitoring productivity to ensure all work is completed within agreed timeframes
  • Identifying and resolving workshop issues quickly, keeping both the team and customers informed
  • Supporting the workshop team to deliver a high standard of work at all times

  • Previous experience within the automotive industry (Workshop Controller or Senior Technician level)
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills across departments and with customers
