What You’ll Be Doing
- Receiving, checking, and properly storing stock daily.
- Picking, packing, and dispatching parts and orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ordering parts and accessories under the guidance of the Service Manager.
- Maintaining accurate departmental records and filing systems.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and Dealership Operating Standards.
- Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly and courteously to enquiries.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a parts environment preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to respond to customer needs professionally and efficiently.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
