We’re looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to join our Volkswagen dealership in Stourbridge.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Promoting and nurturing a customer care culture aligned with manufacturer and company standards
  • Using monthly management accounts to monitor profitability and take action to maximise opportunities
  • Developing sales and marketing plans and budgets to achieve agreed financial and sales benchmarks
  • Organising, directing, and controlling the activities of sales staff to meet plans and budgets
  • Ensuring optimum use of all material and resources available
  • Coaching and training sales staff in customer satisfaction, prospecting, follow-ups, sales process, time management, and product knowledge

  • Sales staff management experience within an automotive retail environment
  • Previous experience working in automotive sales for a dealership
  • Experience working with similar-profile brands
