As a Service Manager/Aftersales Manager at our Seat/Skoda, you will manage, coach, and develop the team. You will plan, forecast, and deliver sales targets, grow workshop utilisation and efficiency, manage your own budget, and drive business performance. You will work closely with the head of business and other department managers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager.
  • Drive to push the department forward and achieve KPIs and brand standards.
  • Demonstrated profitable track record of delivering excellent results and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong management and leadership skills, winning mentality, and passion for the brand.
  • Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience essential.
