We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Honda dealership in Oxford.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey
- Booking in vehicles, scheduling work, and managing workshop diaries
- Providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, including timescales and costs
- Keeping customers fully informed with clear and timely updates
- Promoting additional products, services, parts, and accessories where appropriate
- Ensuring all customer expectations are met and exceeded
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry (essential)
- Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to maximise sales opportunities
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A professional, customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
