New & Used Car Sales Executive - Mazda, Solihull

We’re looking for a driven New & Used Car Sales Executive to join our Mazda dealership in Solihull.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming and engaging every customer whether that’s face-to-face, online, or over the phone
  • Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle
  • Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover
  • Building relationships through follow-ups, videos, and regular updates
  • Working towards and exceeding sales targets as part of a high-performing team

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a target-driven, customer-facing sales role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated, driven, and target-focused mindset
  • Professional approach with a passion for customer service
  • Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
