What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey
  • Booking in vehicles, scheduling work, and managing workshop diaries
  • Providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs, including timescales and costs
  • Keeping customers fully informed with clear and timely updates
  • Promoting additional products, services, parts, and accessories where appropriate
  • Ensuring all customer expectations are met and exceeded

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry (essential)
  • Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • A target-driven mindset with the ability to maximise sales opportunities
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional, customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence
