Are you ready to rev up your career in the automotive industry? At Johnsons Cars, we're not just selling cars; we're creating exceptional experiences for our customers. We are looking for an Inbound and Outbound advisor to join our team at our contact centre located in Redditch. Previous contact centre experience not required (although would be beneficial). Full training will be provided. Customer service experience is preferred.

This role works Monday to Friday on one of the following shift patterns: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or Monday to Friday 08:30am to 17:30pm. Basic Salary of £25,000 and OTE of £27,700. Fixed Term contract until January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Receiving/making telephone calls
  • Secure bookings for service, MOT and/or repairs
  • Be knowledgeable about the services available
  • Deliver the very highest levels of customer service
