Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all workshop, service, and parts department staff, managing, coaching, and developing the team to achieve full potential and performance.
- Planning, forecasting, and delivering sales targets.
- Growing workshop utilisation and efficiency.
- Responsible for own budget and driving business forward.
- Working closely with the Head of Business and other department managers to drive overall performance.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager.
- Drive to push the department forward, achieve agreed KPIs and brand standards.
- Demonstrated profitable and successful track record delivering outstanding results and customer satisfaction.
- Strong management and leadership skills, winning mentality, and real passion for the brand.
- Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience required.
