We are seeking an experienced Apprentice Parts Advisor to join our Hyundai Dealership in Oxford.

Responsibilities
- Communicating clearly with customers and colleagues.
- Using digital systems and processes.
- Proposing additional work through the Vehicle Health Check process.
- Creating a seamless parts process.
- Monitoring parts stock levels and ordering parts.
- Managing and invoicing job cards for new and used cars.
- Chasing back‑ordered parts and ensuring all relevant customer care cases are updated.
- Assisting with day‑to‑day running and maintenance of the workshop.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) grades 9 – 4 (A – C) in English, Maths and one other subject.
- Creatively imaginative, challenge loving, and problem‑solving mindset.
