We’re looking for a customer-focused Motability Specialist to join our Seat dealership in Liverpool.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and supporting Motability customers both in person, online, and over the phone
- Guiding customers through the Motability Scheme and explaining vehicle options, eligibility, and benefits
- Understanding individual mobility needs and matching customers with the right vehicle solution
- Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Building long-term relationships through follow-ups, updates, and outstanding customer care
- Working closely with the wider sales team to deliver an exceptional dealership experience
- Ensuring all Motability paperwork and processes are completed accurately and compliantly
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a customer-facing sales or service role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A caring, patient, and professional approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Motivated, driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience with the Motability Scheme would be advantageous, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
