What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out necessary coursework and complete training courses in a timely manner
- Maintain and develop skill levels in all aspects of customer service
- Take an active part in upholding the company's health and safety policies
- Speak to customers about service requirements
- Complete service pre‑calls with clients and set expectations
- Ensure customer satisfaction scores are maintained
- Upsell products and services
- Become a product expert well‑versed with all features of our vehicles
