Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a select portfolio of customers, provide customers with quotations and receive and process orders.
  • Maintain and build relationships with our customers and work closely with our Major Accounts Sales Team.
  • Deal with incoming enquiries; these could be around specification or delivery time on new vehicles and will include raising quotations and ordering vehicles using various vehicle manufacturers’ systems.
  • Proactively contact customers as vehicles become available or as offers become available.

The ideal candidate will

  • Be a confident communicator, on the telephone and also electronically.
  • Be highly computer literate with the ability to use various systems whilst still being highly accurate.
  • Previous experience in the motor trader is not necessary but an understanding of different makes and models along with some knowledge of how companies purchase their company cars would be a bonus.
