Johnsons Cars is seeking an ambitious automotive sales leader to drive performance across a large franchised division. You will coach and develop Sales Managers and Executives, shape strategy, and partner with dealer leadership and manufacturer partners to maximise new and used vehicle sales, profitability and customer experience.
