We’re looking for an experienced Retail Manager / Business Manager to join our Hyundai dealership in Coventry.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Advising customers on finance and insurance products, ensuring compliance with all regulations
  • Building rapport quickly with customers and recommending appropriate products
  • Monitoring F&I performance against budget and addressing any shortfalls
  • Assisting management with planning, forecasting, and revising dealership strategies
  • Coaching and developing the team to meet business objectives
  • Monitoring performance, measuring outcomes, and providing regular feedback to the General Manager

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Retail Manager in the automotive industry
  • Strong relationship‑building, negotiating, and customer‑facing skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Honest, professional, and solutions‑focused with strong integrity
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
