What You’ll Be Doing
- Allocating work to Technicians, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are consistently met
- Liaising with Service Advisors to manage workflow and keep customers updated on any delays
- Monitoring productivity to ensure all work is completed within agreed timeframes
- Identifying and resolving workshop issues quickly, keeping both the team and customers informed
- Supporting the workshop team to deliver a high standard of work at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within the automotive industry (Workshop Controller or Senior Technician level)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills across departments and with customers
- A proactive leader who can motivate and support a team to hit targets
- A professional, solutions-focused approach
