What You’ll Be Doing

  • To complete & process accurately all vehicle orders, on both Johnsons and the Manufacturer systems.
  • To create computerised records on the IdealFile system for vehicles received into stock, completing details as required and keeping online records up to date at all times.
  • To Hpi / Experian Check ALL incoming vehicles (part ex/direct purchase).
  • To carry out vehicle mileage checks as per Group Guidelines.
  • To ensure all cars are allocated the correct funding system code as they are booked in.
  • To process all Vehicle Sales invoices accurately, using the correct system descriptions and codes, ensuring all handover documentation reaches the Sales Teams, via the IdealFile system, in a timely fashion.
  • To Tax Vehicles as required.
  • To carry out physical stock checks when required, submitting stock lists to the VSB Accountant and reporting any ‘anomalies’.
  • To communicate New Vehicle delivery date change notifications as required by the individual dealership(s).

What We’re Looking For

  • Have previous Vehicle administration experience.
  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Be numerate and pay attention to detail.
  • Have exceptional customer service and people skills.
