Established in 1999, we have grown rapidly to represent a variety of global car manufacturers with 15 marques in total, including Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat, Hyundai, Ford, Honda, Suzuki, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, and Mazda. Now, we want you to be a part of our journey as an Accounts Assistant at our Volkswagen Dealership in Wolverhampton working for our Skoda department. Full Time Monday to Friday on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Checking accuracy and validity of incoming invoices.
- Daily and weekly banking reports.
- Updating and answering queries from our suppliers.
- Updating internal computer systems.
- Chasing and allocating debtors.
- Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger duties - including inputting invoices, allocating payments and payment runs.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be confident with various computer software and confident in learning new systems and most importantly have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Have previous experience of at least 12 months in a similar role.
- Have purchase ledger experience.
- Have a good understanding of Mathematics.
- Hold a GCSE qualification of a Grade C or 4 and above in Maths.
