Now, we want you to be a part of our journey as a Workshop Controller at our Volkswagen Dealership in Birmingham.

Basic Salary of up to £32,000 with a £6,000 bonus on top.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Allocate work to technicians ensuring work standards and time scales are always achieved.
• Liaise with Service Advisors when repairs are likely to take longer than previously agreed, keeping customers up to date.
• Ensure all work is completed on time to achieve high productivity within the workshop.
• Report and seek advice on any problems highlighted while work is being conducted so that they can be overcome, and the customer kept informed where delays result.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have relevant experience in the automotive industry, including previous workshop control or technician roles.
• Display high levels of organisation and accuracy.
• Possess fantastic interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues across departments.
• Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality work.
