Basic Salary: £20,000 plus realistic OTE up to £45,000.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Treat every customer – walk‑in, email, or call – with professionalism.
  • Learn about customers; small details make a difference.
  • Support customers to buy new or used cars and help achieve sales targets.
  • Work individually and as part of a team, keeping potential and existing customers up to date via videos and check‑ins.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Maximise sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Goal focused, self‑motivated, excellent interpersonal skills, target achiever.
  • Minimum 12 months of successful track record in a target‑driven, customer‑facing sales environment.
  • Valid UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
