Basic salary of £20,000 with a realistic OTE of £45,000.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Treat every customer that walks into the dealership, sends an email or calls to talk about buying a car.
- Learn about your customers – the small details that make a difference.
- Help us achieve targets by supporting customers to buy a new or used car.
- Work individually and as part of a team to keep potential and existing customers up to date by sending videos and checking in with any updates.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Take pride in the ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities whilst delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Be focused on achieving goals; possess excellent interpersonal skills and be a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
- Hold a minimum of 12 months successful track record in a customer-facing, target-driven sales environment.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
