We’re looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to join our Volkswagen dealership in Stourbridge.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Promoting and nurturing a customer care culture aligned with manufacturer and company standards
- Using monthly management accounts to monitor profitability and take action to maximise opportunities
- Developing sales and marketing plans and budgets to achieve agreed financial and sales benchmarks
- Organising, directing, and controlling the activities of sales staff to meet plans and budgets
- Ensuring optimum use of all material and resources available
- Coaching and training sales staff in customer satisfaction, prospecting, follow-ups, sales process, time management, and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For
- Sales staff management experience within an automotive retail environment
- Previous experience working in automotive sales for a dealership
- Experience working with similar-profile brands
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Motor trade experience
