Basic Salary: £28,000 and £6,000 bonus on top.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest levels of customer service by being knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient.
  • Ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded.
  • Deliver exceptional service, scheduling work on customer vehicles, providing accurate estimates for servicing and repairs.
  • Promote sales of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Maximise sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Be focused on achieving goals with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have good telephone and face-to-face customer communication.
  • Have experience working in a Service Advisor role within an automotive environment.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
