We invite applications for a Service Advisor at our Skoda dealership in Birmingham.

Salary & Bonus

Basic salary of £26,000 + £8,000 bonus.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide the highest levels of customer service by presenting a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service that projects the brand image.
• Exceed customer expectations throughout the process.
• Schedule work on customer vehicles, provide accurate estimates, and keep customers fully aware of timescales and costs.
• Promote sales of genuine parts and accessories and act on opportunities to sell additional products and services.

The Ideal Candidate

• Maximize sales and profit opportunities while maintaining professional and customer‑centric service.
• Focused on achieving targets; self‑motivated team player and achiever.
• Excellent telephone and face‑to‑face communication skills.
• Experience in a Service Advisor role within the automotive environment.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Enjoy working in a fast‑paced, process‑driven aftermarket environment and has strong organisational skills.
