Sales Executive – Volkswagen Dealership, Stoke.
Basic salary £20,000 with a realistic OTE £45,000.

Role and Responsibilities
- Treat every customer that walks into the dealership, sends an email, or calls to talk about buying a car.
- Learn about your customers – small details make a difference.
- Help achieve targets by supporting customers to buy a new or used car.
- Work individually and as part of a team to keep potential and existing customers up to date by sending videos and checking in with updates.
The Ideal Candidate
- Take pride in maximizing sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Be focused on achieving goals; possess excellent interpersonal skills; be a self‑motivated team player and target achiever.
- Hold a minimum of 12 months successful track record in a customer‑facing, target‑driven sales environment.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
