Role and Responsibilities
- Check accuracy and validity of incoming invoices.
- Produce daily and weekly banking reports.
- Update and answer queries from suppliers.
- Maintain internal computer systems.
- Chase and allocate debtors.
- Perform purchase ledger and sales ledger duties – including inputting invoices, allocating payments and running payment processes.
The Ideal Candidate
- Confident with various computer software, quick to learn new systems, and possesses a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role.
- Experience with purchase ledger.
- Good understanding of mathematics.
- GCSE qualification Grade C / 4 or above in Maths.
