Service Manager / Aftersales Manager – Skoda Dealership in Birmingham (Maternity Cover) £34,000 basic salary with a £12,000 bonus on top.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for all workshop, service, and parts department staff; manage, coach, and develop the team.
- Plan, forecast, and deliver sales targets.
- Grow workshop utilisation and efficiency.
- Manage your own budget to drive the business forward.
- Work closely with the head of business and other department managers to drive overall performance.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager.
- Drive to meet agreed KPIs and brand standards.
- Track record of profitable results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Strong management and leadership skills with a winning mentality and passion for the brand.
- Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is necessary.
